Arcadia

Arcadia is a company developed by myself and two other Kendall students for a class project. Arcadia was the name of an ancient Greek city that was said to live harmoniously with nature. The company recycles textiles. Clothing makes up a large part of world’s pollution and we don’t often think about that. The purpose of this campaign is to shed light on the detrimental effects throwing out our clothes as opposed to recycling them has on our oceans. Inspiration comes from images of ocean pollution but taking a lighter approach. Instead of being covered in trash, the animals are wearing ugly garments of clothing with the headline “Pollution is a bad look on everyone”.
